Adding Team Members

Often times Legal Entity Identifiers are registered by one individual, on behalf of their company or their clients. Regularly people change roles, email addresses, etc and things can get lost.

At LEI Worldwide, we deal with this everyday, someone is looking to renew an LEI code that lapsed because somebody did not receive a renewal reminder.

This issue is often accompanied with statements such as "I dont know my password" "We never got a reminder" "We dont know who initially registered the LEI!".

The remediation is a transfer of LEI ownership, which can take 7 days and this can feel like centuries when you haver an angry client who is demanding to know why you let their LEI expire!

This can be avoided by adding team members to your account. By keeping all the LEIs in your office or department grouped in a team account, Bob can renew Marys LEI, and vice versa. Notifications will be group wide so no need for having ten different accounts with ten different providers anymore.

Consolidate all of your LEIs and teeam responsible for those LEIs into a single control account.

How to Add Team Members:

In order to add team members to your account, please ensure your account is in Enterprise/company mode. To activate it, please visit "Account Details" page.

Navigate to your admin panel on the top right in green, and check the box to convert the account to company mode.

  • Once your account is in company mode, click the menu on the top right and go to your RAMP Dashboard.

  • Under company settings you will see the option to 'Add members to your team'.

  • Click here and you will be brought to the account members panel. Select "Add new member".

  • On the new window you can enter in your colleague's email, select check and once its verified the email address you can then fill in the colleagues details and create the account.

  • Enter your colleagues email, create a password for them and confirm.

Once that is done, your colleague will receive an invite via email with their new password and a link to login. Now, you and your colleagues can use the one account to apply for LEI codes or renew existing ones.

Each team member will receive group renewal reminder notifications. If you have LEIs with other providers, we can also move all your LEIs into the one account for easy management. Please contact us at support@lei-worldwide.com for more information.
